The detail that was drawn is the detail that gets built.

Concept to completion interiors for commercial and institutional spaces. Our designers and site teams work under one programme, so drawings, materials and workmanship stay aligned to handover.

Case studies

How a design project actually runs.

The scenarios below describe the scope and sequence of typical projects in this pillar. Client-approved names, photographs and figures are not published yet — we can share verified references directly on request.

Corporate & Workplace

Head office fit-out across three floors

A phased fit-out of three floors with teams relocating floor by floor, so no floor could be down for long.

Scope

  • Space planning for mixed focus and collaboration
  • Partitions, ceilings and acoustic treatment
  • Reception and boardroom joinery
  • Lighting and MEP alterations

Outcome

Each floor was released for occupancy before the next began, keeping the business working throughout.

Restaurants & F&B

Restaurant fit-out with kitchen coordination

A dining room and bar on a tight programme, with the commercial kitchen and extract running in parallel.

Scope

  • Dining room and bar detailing
  • Cleanable, heat-tolerant finishes
  • Kitchen and extract coordination
  • Banquette and bar joinery

Outcome

Front and back of house completed together, so trading could start without a second shutdown.

Design — common questions

Can you work with our own architect's design?

Yes. We regularly execute another consultant's design, and we flag buildability issues before work starts rather than on site.

Do you handle interiors in an occupied office?

Yes. Phased and out-of-hours working is common; we plan dust, noise and access around your operation.

Is furniture included in an interiors contract?

It can be. Because we manufacture furniture ourselves, joinery and loose furniture can sit inside the same programme.
